This recipe is incredibly versatile, you can switch up the fruit and/or toppings, for whatever is in season or in your fridge/freezer.

Healing Properties

Papaya is rich in fiber for a health gut, is packed with Vitamin A for immunity, balances hormones for both men and women, and has been shown to help with weight loss. Raspberries are potent sources of antioxidants and vitamin. Turmeric and ginger in this recipe fight inflammation, heal the gut lining, have mood-boosting properties, have been shown to have a calming effect on anxiety, and promote anti-aging of the cells. Hemp seeds are a great source of protein, essential fatty acids, and vitamin E for liver, skin, and hair health.
