Superfood Mocha Mushroom Latte

This delicious cup of healing juju is my go-to mid day elixir, nighttime treat, or morning latte. It's packed full of antioxidants, mood-soothing mushrooms + superfoods for hormone balance, stress relief, brain fuel, & inflammation. Plus, it's delicious and balances blood sugar.

Ingredients

(serves 1)

  • Instant Mushroom Coffee Mix

(I love Foursigmatic) Use Lion's Mane/Chaga for daytime + Reishi for bedtime 

  • 10 oz hot water

  • 1 Tbsp cacao power or cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp MCT oil (or sub coconut oil)

  • 1/2 tsp Maca Root

  • 1 tsp Ashwaghanda powder (optional)

  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  • Boil water

  • Mix in the instant mushroom coffee

  • Add all ingredients to the blender

  • Enjoy!
