Matcha Chia Pudding with Supergreens!
This is a super easy dessert that takes literally less than 5 minutes to make and is full of healing compounds. It is vibrant, has no processed sugar, and makes an amazing breakfast, snack, or dessert. You can keep the suggested matcha flavor, or use cocoa powder, coconut, peanut butter, and cinnamon for other varieties.

Ingredients
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups of nondairy milk, I use coconut or almond
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp Organic Matcha power
1 scoop of any Superfood Green Powder, I use Amazing grass
SUB 1 cup spinach if you don’t have green powder, I promise you cannot taste it!
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Optional : add collagen powder!
Suggested Toppings:
Coconut shavings, dark chocolate chips, fresh berries, coconut cream, yogurt, almond butter, or bee pollen
Directions
place all the ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and pulse
Blend the mixture in a Tupperware container with chia seeds
Shake vigorously with lid on
Refrigerate until set-up (about 2 hours)
Keep in the fridge for up to 10 days!
